If this person removes the stolen image from their forum then everything will be fine.

If it is only a design test forum, why did they take my logo and alter it? They did not need to do this.  They added butterflies and they obscured the words. It is a mess

I should note that normally a "test" site is not visible to the public, but I found this one purely by accident.

They also removed the credits given to the original photographer at the bottom of the logo, which leads me to believe they were intending to steal this for public use. If that is not the case, they should know it is publicly visible now.

My image is NOT available to them to use.  They DO NOT have my permission to alter it {into something awful I might add} put it up there. It does not belong to them. In addition, my image has been on my account much longer, and it IS still in use on our website, it is just not the default logo that guests see but it is still viewed and available for our members to switch to when they use our forum.

Just because they stole my logo {And altered it} and uploaded it to a new account does not mean they own it.

If the image is not removed I will be in contact with the original photographer, who gave us permission to use it but considering this person removed her name {Susanne Hvenegaard} from MY logo's credits, I doubt the same case applies to them.

I created it, I DID NOT give another rival Warriors forum permission to slap it up onto their site.

If the owners of the "test site" are simply not here at this time, then I can just wait for them to arrive and remove it. As long as it gets taken down I will be satisfied. If they take a few days to come back and log in, that's okay.

I don't want to cause trouble here. I just want my creative property respected.
